Ordering/Shipping Information

How to Place An Order: There are 3 convenient ways to place an order with Comfy Bummy Diapers; ordering online, over the phone, and via email. Please read below for more information about the options available for you to place an order.

To Place an Order Online

With Your Credit Card: Simply go to the product you want to order and select the size and quantity you want. Then click on the "Add to Cart" icon below the product you want to order. You will then be sent to our shopping cart page where you will see the items you have ordered. Then, you can continue to shop or you can finish your transaction. To finish the transaction, go to your Shopping Cart, click on the "Purchase" button and follow the easy directions. The shipping amount will always be automatically added for you. After entering in all the pertinent information, your order will be processed and you will be sent a receipt. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at .

There are also three options to order online: 1) Order Online with your credit card, 2) Order Online and then send a check - your order will be shipped after we receive your check and 3) Call us to order with your credit card information.

Comfy Bummy Diapers uses only the most up to date encryption technology for our merchant account on our secure server. (A secure server means that all of your data is "encrypted" before it is sent over the Internet). Also, our merchant account utilizes "virtual time," so your credit card is immediately charged so you won�t have to wait for batch uploads for the sale to appear on your card. However, if you wish, you may also call or email us your order, and we can take your credit card over the phone. We want to make sure that the ordering process is as convenient as possible for you!

To order by phone, please call us at 1-866-475-4610. This will put your call into our automatic voice mail box and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. We are closed over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. If you call and the line is busy, please try again later or use the Live Chat feature on our site. Or, email us with your questions and a phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible. *Please note that you will usually receive a faster response online rather than by phone.

Privacy Matters! Comfy Bummy Diapers does not sell, lease or trade your personal information to anyone or any other outside party. We are strictly opposed to this practice and will always protect our customers from these kinds of practices. Please be assured that we will never sell and/or rent your personal information to anyone else.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations must be submitted to ComfyBummy in writing prior to Midnight EST the same day as the placement of the order withthe exception of expedited orders. Orders cancelled after the Midnight EST limit, but before shipment, will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once the order has shipped, it becomes our customer's responsibility and a Return Authorization Number must be obtained once your order has arrived if you wish to return the package.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:
At Comfy Bummy Diapers, your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we provide you with a 30-Day return policy*. If you are not completely satisfied, simply request a return authorization within 30 days of invoice. Check the policy details below for more information.

All returns must be authorized by Comfy Bummy Diapers within 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Comfy Bummy Diapers will accept no return without prior authorization. Email us to request a Return Authorization Number. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. Comfy Bummy Diapers recommends the use one of our approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return shipments. Return Authorization Numbers will only be issued within 30 days of the original invoice date and are good for a period of 15 days from the date of issue, during which period returns must be received at Comfy Bummy Diapers.

To receive your Return Authorization Number, you will need to provide the following information.

Name
Email Address
Invoice Number
Invoice Date
Item Number of product(s) being returned
Reason for return

If any of this information is missing from your email, NO Return Authorization will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. You should receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 3-4 business days. Please allow 14-30 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists. Because of the nature of Comfy Bummy's products, including, but not limited to diapers, bedding, clothing, and toys, we are unable to accept returns on items that appear to have had prior use due to health precautions. Prior use is determined at the discretion of Comfy Bummy Diapers. Items that have been washed or worn,or show signs of excessive use may not be eligible for a refund or additional fees may apply.

If your item is defective: Please follow the return policy above. Should you have any additional questions about our warranties or guarantees, please contact us.

Opened Products: Opened products may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date with a valid Return Authorization Number and ALL original packaging; however such returns and/or order cancellations will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

*Customer is held to be responsible for return shipping charges of non-defective items. Initial and return shipping charges, even those shipped under our free shipping offer, are not refundable. Items shipped with "free shipping" will have the shipping cost deducted.

Shipping Charges:
Unfortunately, we have to charge for shipping (we wish we didn�t have to!) and we honestly do not try to profit from shipping charges. If your order is less than two pounds, we will send your order via US Mail. If the package is over two pounds, we will generally send the package via UPS Ground Service. Shipping is calculated off of the weight of the items you have ordered. Upon checkout, you are given two delivery cost options - via UPS or USPS - and both are calculated off of the weight, not the price of your items.

*Orders shipped to AK, HI and APO addresses are subject to an additional shipping fee. Please call for an exact shipping estimate.

*We no longer ship international orders other than to Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When To Expect Your Order:

Your order will usually be shipped 24-48 hours after placing your order (excluding Holidays and weekends). Please plan on receiving your order 7-10 days after you place it. However due to backorders, we reserve the right to send your order as soon as we receive the items back in stock. We work very hard at keeping all items in stock, so if there is a backorder, it should be available for shipment within 7 - 10 business days.
