Some Diaper Service Quality (DSQ) diapers are not the real thing, but our diapers are! Authentic Chinese prefolds are made of extremely soft and durable woven cotton. All of these sizes, except for preemie and Standard sizes are 8 ply. This means that there are 8 layers of cotton in the middle, and 4 layers of cotton on each side, making our diapers very thick and fluffy. Imported from China. Allow for 5-10% shrinkage after washing and drying three times (make sure to do this so that the diapers will "fluff up"). Use with any of our Diaper Covers.

*Special Note: If purchasing the unbleached Chinese prefolds, please make sure to wash and dry at least six times before using and use hot water when washing your diapers. The unbleached prefolds seem to have a thicker waxy buildup on the cotton more so than the white. The white prefolds go through a bleaching process which seems to take off the waxy coating more than the unbleached prefolds.
